The place was immaculately clean, I booked the double room with sea views, everything was superb. The staff were helpful, comfortable location right by the seafront. Moreover, it was really close to the Esplanade, and the pier.

Its location was magnificent, just off the beach and the Great Orme, restaurants and shops and the magnificent pier. The staff was exceptionally attentive and helpful and responsive to requests. The breakfast was amazing, they make a good choice of meals.
